What is included in a party?

We do the work, you throw the party! We will provide the tents and accessories, and you supply the fun! All rentals include setup, takedown, and cleaning of the tent and all accessories.

What does party setup entail?

All tent rentals will be set up with mattress, waterproof mattress pad, fitted sheet, throw pillows, blanket and themed accessories (including string lights, garlands, tabletop lighting and signs.) The details of each theme can be seen on the Everyday Partyzzz page. For hygiene purposes, please ask each of your guests to provide sleeping pillows. Depending on how cool/warm you keep your home, your guests may also want additional blankets or sleeping bags beyond the provided blanket.

How long will setup/takedown take?

Please allow for 1-2 hours for setup and 1 hour for takedown. Our standard setup window is between 3pm-5pm, and our takedown window is from 10am-2pm the following day. We will confirm specific timing for each party based on your schedule and ours.

What do I have to do before setup?

We ask that the designated area for setup is cleared and furniture is moved prior to our arrival. We are not able to move furniture. Each tent setup is approximately 4 feet wide and 7 feet long.

Im ready to do this! How do I book a party?

The great news is that your entire booking can be scheduled through the website! However, if you would prefer not to do that, please feel free to contact us however you like and we will assist. Party date availability can be confirmed by clicking the Book a Party link and reviewing the calendar.

Is there a deposit? When does payment need to be complete?

We will collect a non-refundable 50% deposit once your booking is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 days prior to your event or your party will be canceled if prior arrangements have not been made. You may add additional tents up until the date of the party if they are available, but they cannot be subtracted after the initial booking.

Argh, life got crazy. What is the cancellation policy?

We do not offer party cancellations, but if we are able to accommodate a necessary date change we will.

We don’t want the party to end, can rentals be for multiple nights?

Standard party rentals are for one night, but if we can accommodate a multi-night reservation we will do so at an additional rate of $25/tent/night.

Are there additional fees?

There are no additional fees beyond the rental fee if the equipment is available to be picked up as scheduled and no equipment damage is incurred. Tax is included in the price of the party. No travel fee, no booking fee, no setup fee, no cleaning fee.

If the equipment is not available to be picked up as scheduled, an additional night’s rental fee will apply. Additionally, any damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement and you will be invoiced.

What payment do you accept?

For everyone’s simplicity, we prefer to run all payments through our website using either a credit card or PayPal, which can accommodate both the booking deposit as well as the remaining party rental fee. If that is not feasible for whatever reason, please let us know and we will work with you as we can also accept credit cards in person through Square.

All payments made through our website are either processed by Square or PayPal at your choice, through standard functionality that our Website Host (Squarespace) provides. Details about how payments are processed by Squrespace can be found here. We (InTents Partyzzz) do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or PayPal login credentials.

Is there an age requirement?

InTents Partyzzz are perfect for everyone age 4 to 104. If you have children that are younger than 4, we look forward to planning a future party for them when they get a little bit older! Some of the accessories include power cords and small parts and we are a Safety First company.

Do you leave after setup? The party is just getting started!

Although we are pretty fun, and you may want us at your party, as soon as setup is complete we will silently depart and let your family and friends enjoy the party! We will return at the scheduled takedown time and quickly remove all InTents Partyzzz equipment.

What geographic area do you serve?

As we have no travel fees, we do our best to accommodate the greater Phoenix area, including Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. However, we do reserve the right to cancel a party reservation due to distance if necessary, however we will not do that without first talking with you.

Can the party be setup outside?

All of our parties are designed to be setup inside. However, if an outside setup is incredibly important to you, please contact us and we will accommodate if able.

What is your cleaning process?

All equipment and accessories are cleaned and disinfected between parties. Once cleaned, they are stored for at least 2 days before being used again. If you have specific requests please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

What are you doing in regards to Covid?

Our employees are vaccinated and will wear a mask while inside your home at your request. As always, if you have questions please ask.

Do you have any tips to help ensure a successful party?

We do have some suggested party tips and tricks and would be happy to share those (ex food, music, activities) if you like. We have kids ourselves and have thrown many parties. Just ask!

What is the policy on smoking?

We do require that no smoking occurs inside the house while our equipment is there, as it is incredibly challenging to remove the odor from all accessories. An additional cleaning/damage fee may apply if this policy is not adhered to.

What is the policy on pets in the house?

We are pet lovers ourselves and understand that your family dogs/cats/llama will be around, so all that we ask is that they do not chew or otherwise damage the rental equipment.

Is there anything that InTents Partyzzz doesn’t provide?

Aside from sleeping pillows, there is not much else that you absolutely need. You will likely want food/music/movies/activities to help complete your themed party and create a night that your family will forever cherish.

Are there add-ons available?

We have recently incorporated add-ons to our party at the request of our customers. Please check-out the new page and let us know what you think! At this time all add-ons will be invoiced separately than the party, but we are working to streamline that process. We will continue to think of new and innovative add-ons to help compliment the perfect tent party!
